You can just upload the new update into your wp-content\themes folder and then activate it from the dashboard. Make sure to update Visual Composer as well. The Visual Composer included in your current theme version is very outdated.
In case you have made any changes to theme files directly, you should save a backup and redo them as the update will overwrite all files.
