  on the site it shows last update 29 jun 2020
  i have the envato market plugin but its not showing any update available.
  im running version 3.3.2
  what is the procedure to update to the latest version

  Kindly follow documentation to update your theme. General rules are simple just keep backup of your website so if any thing goes wrong you have all data with you. Rest, just follow documentation to update your theme.
