Update Tower Theme

Tower update

  Hi there. I have purchased support for 6 months for Tower recently but it still shows expired which is wrong (see screen shot in private reply underneath).
  
  I cannot update the theme at all without causing a fatal crash. You recently updated a site for me for one of my other clients and it’s working well. We need to do the same here.

  Hi,
  1- You don’t need to worry about that “Expired”, this will be gone in a while maybe.
  2- Please check the theme is updated successfully on your site.
  P.S Before updating the theme please make sure all plugins are up to date.

    Hi,
    If you’ve got backup tower options for your stagging site then please use that to import the styling and formatting. If not then please let me know I’ll revert the changes back to their previous state.

  Hi Azam. I don’t have a backup of the theme options for this staging site. But if needed i can copy the whole site once again from the live site to this staging server.

  Hi,
  Please check now that the changes you want on the stagging site are present or not. If not then please take a backup from the production site and restore that on stagging site and let me know.

  Unfortunately there’s now a default page header on every page with page title and breadcrumbs which should not be there. If you can get rid of the header/title/breadcrumbs on each page/post then all good, if not then I can copy the site over and we can start the update again. Your call. Thanks, M

    Please go to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS And check custom codes
