We have the following problem:
Sporadically, the site displays the wrong way, which cannot be logically reproduced. All of a sudden, the content is displayed on the left side with <span lang=”en”>various</span> errors. We have noticed that the error occurs when the site is completely newly loaded, either through refreshing or through “External” placed links and even with logging out of the Backend.
We have done the following to identify the cause of the problem:
– Using the original function.php (without adjustments)
– Disable all non-essential plugins

This is strange. Did you made any changes to theme files recently? Installed any new plugin or made any recent update?

Hello,
I opened your site but the content is displaying ok. Please see screenshot. Did you manage to fix your issue? It could have been a temporary server situation. Maybe the server did not load in time all the necessary scripts.
If you keep having the same situation, try to clear cache and refresh page. Let us know.
PS: You need to update Visual Composer as well. The latest version included in theme package is vs 4.11.2.1.Best regards!

Please take 5 minutes of your time and the pages look at just several times. Change this on the main page and under the single courses. After a few minutes, you will receive the error.

Hello,
You have installed a lot of third party plugins. I disabled H5P and the issue isn’t displayed. I think it’s causing the conflict with the theme’s css.

As previously mentioned we disabled all plugins. I just tried it again and the problem still persists, even with all of the plugins disabled.
Furthermore, we have the H5P plugin on a different platform with a Specular Theme. It works there without problems.
Since we opened a ticket a few weeks ago, we kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.

Sorry for the late reply.
we have noticed that your host does not reflect all the changes made very quickly. Perhaps due to cached copies being still displaying even when a change it’s made. So please do deactivate all third party plugins. Clear cache and refresh page after a while.
Do you have the same plugins in the other site as well?Best regards!
