Hello, I downloaded the normal file, while the video theme ones does not work. What should I do? It says to wait but it goes on and on for days..

Can you share if there is any error ? Also check your console for any errors as errors will help to understand the issue. The general issues are time and memory related which can be increased by your hosting provider.
