I am very new to wordpress. I have started using visual composer (the version I am currently on is 4.12.1) I decided to pay for my visual composer 5 licence. My problem is I payed my license but cant uninstall my current version to upgrade to visual composer 5. Can anyone help me? Is the theme compatible with visual composer 5?
Please go to your wp-content/plugins folder in the server, using a ftp account (or cpanel). Find and delete folder js_composer. Go back to your wordpress dashboard > Plugins > Add New. Import your own purchased Visual Composer plugin. Install and activate it.
