I’m writing cause is impossible to use the visual composer on my website.
When i try to edit the page through the button “customize” i just can edit some elements of the page but not the whole contents.
If instead i edit through the “edit with Codeless Builder” is impossible to publish the editings that i’ve done…
I already tried to unistall wpbakery and re-install it: but nothing changed.
I hope to receive an answer from you as soon as possible!
If needed i can create an admin access to my wp for you.
We are sorry for inconvenience, we are working on a new update to fix this problem. At the moment until the update release (asap) you can work with the WpBakery Visual Composer on the back-end.
When the new update will be online you will receive an email notification.
Asap is meaning in the week? Cause i need to work on the website with a big urgence and in some way, work from the back-end rapresent an huge limit for me and my lows competences.
Is not possible to get an older working version of your theme?
