What version of Visual Composer do you have? Please make sure to update VC as well. Follow these instructions.

The Tabs problem is due to the new jQuery Version ( wp-includes/js/jquery ) in WP 4.5 causes the issue. This is VC related issue, and has been fixed with new version of Visual Composer plugin.
Please get the latest theme release. It has Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 included in which this issue is solved.

It’s a problem that the Visual Composer isn’t activeted?
The included VC plugin is activated and you can use it well without the need of a licence number.
If you want to have the support of Visual Composer author and be able to update it independently of theme updates, you can thus buy a license by yourself. We think that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly and we do updates frequently but that is your choice.
