I’m having a problem with my visual composer. I cannot add or update any attributes when I enable the visual composer in the backend. When I click the edit icon the pop-up window opens and just spins. Is there anyway to resolve this issue? I have tried disabling plugins but that does not seem to resolve the issue.
What version of the plugin do you have? DO you have any issue with saving any other setting? You may need more memory allocated to your wordpress installation. Ask your host to increase it for you.
