After updating wordpress visual composer stopped working. I saw in other posts that I’m supposed to download the latest version of the theme but the download in envato shows as the same 1.6 version. What should I do to fix this? Will downloading a new version of the theme change all the work I’ve done with pages, content, etc? Please help…
Please update theme and Visual Composer to their latest versions. You can download theme from your Envato account. Follow these instructions to update Visual Composer after having updated theme.
You did not address the other part of my question – does downloading a new version change any of the content that I already created? Pages, portfolios, etc?
Do I need to uninstall anything before downloading the new copy?
