Visual Composer Tool no work

  I try to use the visual composer to add the spacer but it’s unsuccessful.

  Please, use CSS Tool option from each option. It’s faster.
  
  Open the element, ROW/COLUMN/OTHER ELEMENTS
  Design Tab, CSS Tool, add margin/padding top/bottom
