Dear support,
Thank you for making this amazing theme! It’s almost perfect for me, but unfortunately I ran in to some problems that I hope you can help me with.
I have imported one of the demoes, and after that I constantly run into problems. I try to edit the frontpage with WPBakery Page Builder. But it’s like it doesn’t keep all settings after I press the update button. E.g. if I’m adding a picture as a background in a row it disappears next time I hit the update button. And some times theres warning messages on the frontend page.
The editor also jumps back to the Gutenberg editor every time I updates the page, I have to install another plugin to deactivate the Gutenberg editor.
Do you know why it’s messing with me like that? Have I forgot something when I installed this theme?I also have one question to the sticky navigation row. Is it possible to hide the logo before scrolling the page, and then only show it when the sticky navigation bar appear when scrolling? Something like they do on this site gourmandiet.dk?
I hope it all makes sense for you. Sorry for all questions.
Best regards,

Hello,
Thank you for loving our theme.
Please keep in mind that Picante is build primarily with Codeless Builder. All demos too. So the content you got form the demo is Codeless Builder shortcodes. And so you can edit them only using Codeless Builder.
To use WPBakery Page Builder, create a new page and add it’s elements. It’s not possible to use both builders in the same page.
The developers are working on an update
-I opened the site but i do not see any warnings. Can you be more specific where are you seeing them?
PS: Warnings will not affect your site. Errors will.-Sorry hiding the logo before sticky header is active can not be achieved form theme options. This requires coding and it’s not included in support.
Best regards!

Hi Mihaila,
Thank you for replying.
Ahh I didn’t notice that I have to use the Codeless Builder instead of the WPBakery Page Builder. Normally I’m used to use WPBakery Page Builder, but now I see that the Codeless Builder is really easy to use, just had to figured that out. Sorry. It all makes totally sense for me now.
After I start using Codeless Builder, all the warnings disappeared. It’s certainly because (as you mentioned) I can’t work with both builders at the same time. Thank you for explaining this to me.
I understand that my custom coding request for the sticky is not included in the support. I’ll try to figure something out by myself then.
That was all. Thank you again.
Best regards,
Paw
