I am using the specular theme, dumbed down to very basic functionality.
I recently hired a freelancer to make a few very basic changes to the site and it has now taking upwards of 30 seconds to load. Before the changes it loaded in 7 seconds and was very quick.
Could you please have a look at the site and provide some suggestions as to what has gone wrong? I’m 100% sure it is not the server.
Can you provide the contact details of a website technician experienced with this theme for me to obtain a quote to sort all of this out? Most of it’s over my head.

For me, certainly, Specular theme or its required plugins working with theme are very slow. First, if you don’t use caching plugin it can load up to 10 seconds, while other themes with visual composer on the same server, the same other plugins load in max 3-4 seconds. Even if I use cache, in wp-admin all (of course only if theme is active, if I turn off theme, all work fine) I have VPS (2 core processor) and while updating content it loads up to 20 seconds and processor is overloaded…

If you ensure that your support help with this issue which I described above (cache decrease time on loading site for users, but wp-admin when this theme is active is very very slow), of course – then I will buy support.
