menu changes positionm Polylang

  when I change the language(polylang plugin), menu gets higher. I dont know why this happen. Site is emgc-group.com
  
  Please could you suggest solution to fix this. I want the site’s design to be consistent.

  Polylang is a third party plugin. Normally we do not support third party plugins. However, we can give it a closer look. Can you post some valid wp credentials in a private reply? Also please check your site again, as i am not able to see it. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/jbYHrY1
  
  Check that our ip (77.242.22.31) is not blocked.
