I sit here watching you solve other people support tickets that were put in days after my ticket. While my ticket is now 2 days old. It took 1 day just to get access to this support site.
My customer who wants this theme is very upset with me.
This is very poor support in my opinion.
I will be requesting a refund, I can not get your demo data to import – as your advertisements say easily import demos with 1 click.

The demo import process has no issue. We have tested it multiple times so it must be something on your side causing it.
I have already replied to your other topic. Please keep up with the responses there so we do not lose focus of the issue.
