After the latest update a few hours ago, we still have the same (big) widget problems. This is Widgets are gone, settings are gone etc. Terrible. Please help ASAP….!!!

Yes, you can see the theme version number in Appearance > Themes > View Details. Or in file style.css, right at the top of the file. (screenshot)

I have the version 1.4.3 tested twice. The whole widget area (pages/settings) is not working well. The site is a mess with version 1.4.3.

I am back to version 1.4.1 This version works ok with the widgets. (www.proint.nl)

Please help. I can not the version 1.4.3. stay life……

The last version 1.4.3 has actually been re-uploaded a few days ago with some changes from the first one(we didn’t change the version number). Please try downloading it again now and install. It has no issues with no other customers. Just like the above customer said, it is fixed now.
We will check it again after the update.

With the new update, there has been changes. The widgets are given id’s. What is why at first after the update they are removed. You can add them again. I already added some in your site and they all are displayed with no avail. Please proceed to customize widgets to your need.
