Hello,
We have installed the Tower theme, but for some reason we cannot access the Customize and Widgets section.
When one of theses is clicked it leads us to a page that shows the following error:
”The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.”
We contacted our hosting provider and they told us that it is the theme or a plugin causing this.
Just to note, we have only installed what we were instructed from the Documentation files.
Please could you help us solve this?

The error, just as it says, is a server error. Make sure you have all access rights. Or make a fresh download of wordpress files and try to replace your current ones. If you send us a link, we can give it a closer look. Let us know.
