WP and Specular Theme updated and some assets are not showing

#specular dropdown_menu responsive

  With the upgrade of the latest WP and theme versions, the following elements (present one of another in most of my pages) are not showing in the site:
  
  – WPBakery Addons (Post Grid)
  – Revolution Slider
  
  They show in the visual editor, though.

  Your content is hiding behind your custom color make sure you have not set background for such things as its hiding your content.

  No, as I told you I did that customization through the theme’s options (img 01), and if I check the option ‘Transparent’ it still doesn’t show.
  
  Plus, I didn’t make any customization prior to the upgrade of the theme, and it was working just fine.
  
  If you see, when I edit with the frontend option the grid is actually there (imgs 02 03).
  
  Can I send you this screenshots somehow to show you?

  My only concern is by now that just make sure you keep your custom styling hidden even you made from code or settings. So, we do get clear picture of your website. Once we are done you can make those working again don’t worry for that.

  What you say is that I have to hide all my customization, even if it comes from your theme options, for you to see if it works?

  That is a lot of work, and it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me as a solution…
  
  Could we at least work from just one of the many pages we have?
  
  As I said, the problem came with the upgrade, I did nothing after that.

  As you mentioned that this issue is arising after update but I can still see you are using older version of theme which is not compatible with latest WP version. Kindly, make sure you keep backup of your website and update your theme and plugins too so you get compatible theme which should work just fine with latest WP update.

  We installed the newest version of WP and the previous issues seem to work fine, but what is not working now is the dropdown menu on the responsive versions.
  
  The menu is there but doesn’t open any options.

  No, is in cellphones and tablet’s responsive menus. I tested it in an iphone, an android samsung and an ipad and is not working. You can access the pages from every photografer’s button, but not to the categories or about because the dropdown menu (again, the three horizontal lines at the top-left of the screen) doesn’t open.
  
  Is super easy to check and see that is not working. If I go responsive in my desktop (making my tab smaller) doesn’t work either.
  
  Is there a way to send you a screenshot? Is actually something quite easy to understand…

  As your are using an older version of the theme which does not work properly with latest WordPress version that is the reason your menu is not working properly in responsive view.
  
  To get this issue resolved kindly update your theme to latest version to avoid any such errors. WordPress has changed a lot in the meantime but your theme is old enough to keep those errors. Make sure you keep your full backup in case any thing goes wrong you would be able to revert back.

  I seem to be having some issues with my slider and media images after updates also. They are not showing on my home page at all now and I cannot seem to edit the slider from the front end. I can edit the images from the front-end but they are still not visible?

  Have you updated all required plugins too ? If not make sure you update those plugins too as those should also be set to latest version to work properly with the latest WordPress.
