I have an issue with my site contral.com, specifically page https://contral.com/yhteystiedot-ja-klinikat/. On the second div (under topic Contral Clinics Helsinki Vita) there´s only one team member visible, even though in WP backend VC editor I have four team members in that div. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the rows and blocks as well as the team member pages, but nothing works.
I have also deleted cache several times and used force reload on the browser, but the problem just keeps on persisting, and I have no idea why.
I see you have translated the site in two other languages. Please make sure to translate all team members first. If a team member profile does not have an equivalent in the other language, then it will not show up in that language.
the team members were created in Finnish language, but for some reason only one is visible and the rest three are still not visible in the Finnish translation. In the English translation they are all visible.
can you tell me where can I get the latest version? Do I just download it from my account in Envato market? Is the version there the latest by default? How can I make sure it is the 2.6.3 before installing it?
And can you provide a link to installation instructions? I am using a child theme.
Yes, you can download the latest version available always in Envato > Downloads. To check theme version, unzip the main file downloaded. Go to theme folder and open style.css file. The version is right at the top of the file/ Screenshot: https://postimg.cc/0MJrhsmm
Or when it’s installed, you can check the version from Appearance > Themes > Theme Details (screenshot).
I have now updated the theme to the latest version, and the Visual Composer plugin as well. The cache is cleared and browser window hard reloaded. But I am still experiencing the same issue; I have added the single team members in the backend properly (and they are visible there), but the frontend still does not reflect the changes.
You have to add a new team in any language. Go to the Languages options in the top navigation choose one language. Go to the Team post and add a new post in any language.
