WP bakery crashes portfolio style and meta

  I update wp, theme and plugins and after that WP bakery makes an issue… Portfolio is not looking the same again (columns numbers are changing and the query is not selecting wanted categories anymore).
  
  Any ideas how to fix this look as it should (and how it looks without wp bakery) and still keep the editing possibilities with wp bakery?

  What is the layout of your portfolio page is before if you have any screenshot it will be helpful.
  there might be some settings changed which might be causing this issue.

  please find screenshots here. The four column is correct, as it should be. Two column is how it looks if there is wp bakery active.
