I purchased the Tower theme and I’m customising for my client. In the last 15 minutes all of a sudden the WPBakery won’t allow me to save changes. I can see the content in the back end using the WPBakery page builder but it won’t let me save any changes.
Please check with your host that you have enough memory and all needed access rights to the database. Perform a database optimization as well. Do you have any errors showing up in the console?

That’s strange. The save function is not getting listened to. I deactivated all third party plugins but the situation persists. Can you please reupload fresh copies of theme files? So i can rule out the possibility of theme code being altered due to other plugins.
Add some ftp credentials as well. So we can check it closely.
The Mailchimp pluign is tested and has no issue with theme. Please make sure to have added the correct shortcode or use a widget to add it in your site.
Mailchimp is included in theme css and designed to fit theme’s style. But you have added it as raw code. Use the widget to get the form styled already
Sorry but can you please be more clear? I checked the form you have in homepage and it redirects me to the same link you send, when i hit “Send Now”. I also got the confirmation email in each time i tested the form.
