Buenas tardes,
We have bought your template, but we have some problems configuring it, we have 2 errors that we cannot solve:
ERROR 1: above you see a gray stripe on all the pages that we DO NOT WANT to put on any page. How can we remove it?ERROR 2: The logo and the menu are off-center in the mobile version and we can’t get it right.
Please, how can we fix these errors?

This is on mobileview iis and android.
I also have problem with the laptop on safari, firefox amd chrome. After scrolling down and up the menu dissappears

Again after the new update. I have the same problem. This is now 3rd time.
How can i update without any problems. This is not professional support and update friend.
Header Page Title dissapears AGAIN. This is only with mobile view.
Sticky Menu on mobile view is not sticky after scrolling down and up. AGAIN.
There are more problems but these 2 are the biggest problem.
Please after any Future update With the theme look up for this problem

Hello,
I’m trying to adjust the size of the menu when people resize their windows. I’ve tried this function: {font-size:calc(14px + 0.01vw); but it doesn’t seem to work.
Can you help me make the menu resize for whatever screen size people may have?
Also, I would like for the shop cart on mobile and the hamburger menu to be on the right side of the screen and have submenus hidden and opening them when clicking on them.

Setting up my portfolio site and noticed that the mobile menu doesn’t show any of the menu items. Here’s a screenshot of the regular menu vs the mobile menu:
I’ve seen a couple of other posts here that had the same issue and support helped out but nobody ever says what the fix was. I’d ultimately prefer to do any changes myself than give out access if at all possible.

Mobile sticky menu os again broken. After you fixed it now with the new update is broken again.

Is it possible to shorten the delay of the sticky header (desktop) after I scroll down the page?
I’d like to enable one of the two navigation menu options below:
1. To make the menu always visible (even after scroll down) on both mobile and desktop view.2. To make the menu sticky but not to cover the page content after the scroll.
