Hi,
Just check your primary menu or main menu which is being shown as hamburger menu on mobile devices. Just go to appearance > menus and check your desired menus there.

Topic: Logo over mobile menu
My logo is covering the menu on mobile devices in portrait mode and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve tried resizing the image to the theme demo size but am still not having any luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The mobile menu is working properly now – thank you for your work.
I don’t know if you have changed anything but buttons appear with their correct stylings right now, but prior to this, I hadn’t done custom changes on their CSS.Thanks for the help!

Hi, my client brought to my attention a few things on the site when viewed on an ipad. Can you advise? On the Why you need a Lobbyist page, the word Lobbyist is cut off on the header. I have screen shots but no way to send them to you. Also, when the device is held horizontal, can the main nav menu be up top like when viewed on a desktop? Right now it is down in the page elements instead of up beside the logo.

I have problems with publishing a new page (sound healing: content is not visible on frontend) on my customer’s website. I guess this has got to do with not having updated the Tower theme, WordPress software and the WP Bakery Page Builder.
This is why I come back to your offer. 4 months ago, Ludjon offered the following to me:
„Update theme to the new version, add child theme too and list some things to us that you can’t fix yourself so we can add the custom code to the child theme this time.“Why is this necessary? You made some changes directly in the theme code and I need the custom code separately to later easily update the theme without your help.
Azam asked me to do the following:

Here is the list of changes you and me made.

– header should to be fully transparent and should change in transparent grey background when scrolling down

CHANGES made by YOUR TEAM after PROBLEMS AFTER UPDATING to new WP version and new Tower theme and not visible for me in the Custom CSS Box:
– You can see the page title and the breadcrumbs on an extra header although switched off in the Tower settings. The website normally starts with a transparent header on a picture. The problem exists on all devices (computer, mobile & tablet).
After the page title and the breadcrumbs were deleted, the following was the problem and was solved by your team:
– Menu on mobile (portrait format): Logo and menu points are overlapping.
– Menu on tablet (portrait format): Logo is distorted.
– Menu on tablet (landscape): The grey transparent background of the menu (only visible when scrolling down (sticky nav)) doesn’t appear (although it works on the normal computer).Many thanks from Madeleine

well Im beginning to design my website, but the Sticky Navigation on website ordinary browser, when scrolling is just showing the logo, not the menu on top.
Is there a setting that I have missed?
I can see that others have the problem with Mobile version, but mine is working on mobile, just not on PC.Can anyone help?

I recently received an email with an update to slider revolution. We downloaded the latest version and refreshed the cache but the hamburger menu on mobile still doesn’t work on mobile.

Recently we have had complaints about the hamburger menu not working and verified it’s not clickable.
We disabled plugins, cleared caches, reviewed PHP settings to troubleshoot, but you still cannot click it for mobile devices.
Please let us know how to best solve this issue, thanks!

My website’s Menu is not showing up at all when in Mobile view. Can you please take a look at it.
Prior to updating the theme, only the hamburger icon was showing up with no links…however now that it’s updated nothing shows in mobile view.

ERROR 1: above you see a gray stripe on all the pages that we DO NOT WANT to put on any page. How can we remove it?ERROR 2: The logo and the menu are off-center in the mobile version and we can’t get it right.

Again after the new update. I have the same problem. This is now 3rd time.
How can i update without any problems. This is not professional support and update friend.
Header Page Title dissapears AGAIN. This is only with mobile view.
Sticky Menu on mobile view is not sticky after scrolling down and up. AGAIN.
There are more problems but these 2 are the biggest problem.
Please after any Future update With the theme look up for this problem
