Please add these lines at Css box

  padding: 21px;//here you cna change the testimonial content padding
}
.single_testimonial .param h6{

}

Also you can remove the empty columns round the testimonial if you want it full width.

Just copy the css style of the button you want. Add a class at the button you add at RevSlider.

Theme support doesn’t included theme customizations. We can’t help you customize the buttons.

About the first two issues, it seems like you haven’t updated Visual Composer.

Please make sure you are running Specular 1.3.4 and Visual Composer 4.6.1.
