Visual Composer is include in theme, you can find it at folder ‘specular/plugins/’.
But it doesn’t include the purchase code, which means you can’t update it separately. You must wait us to update the plugin, when a new version is available, on theme updates.
If you have purchased it, no problem, you will still have the codeless elements in Visual Composer.

Actually the theme includes the latest version of VC (4.6.1).

1. You can add only the video formats displayed at codeless slider settings.
2. Yes, it possible to add the video. You must add also the .webm video link.
