Hello,

It is simpler than that. When you are on the Builder you have to HOLD Shift + and drag n drop the paddings.

So you can put how much space you want.

Padding and margins can be added by click on the row or columns label and add them manually.

Hello Diandra,

I have just tried to login but is impossible with the creds that you had provided. So please check them again.

Now there are two main reasons for the problem that you are writing:

a. You don’t have edited the page with the Codeless Builder but only the customizer so you can’t edit the social header element

b. The theme is updated but not the Codeless builder plugin. So you have to delete the plugin and try to install it again from the required plugins.

If the problem persists I have to log in to find this issue.

Hello,

We are sorry that you have this issue. You can change the slider images easily but click on the Row(label) go to Design Tab and change the background image.

For the second slide you have to click on the 2 number on the slider and click again on the Row > Design Tab > Change the background image.

I have tried to check if you have any other issue with our theme by accessing it with the wp credentials you had shared on your profile details but seems impossible.

Hello,

After you have download the main zip file you have to extract only the handel.zip file and upload it in your wordpress.

If you want to upload it manually through ftp you have to unzip only the handel foler and upload it into /wp-content/themes/ .

This is simple you have to edit the theme with Customizer or Codeless Builder click on the menu and disable Hamburger Menu options in the left Customizer Sidebar.

This is a strange error. Which version of the Theme are you using and please check if you have updated the Codeless builder plugin?

Keep in mind that you have to customize the theme with Codeless Builder to be able to change the social icon links.

If your problem persists please try to fill the wp credentials on your user profile so we can access the theme from the backend and identify the issue.

I have changed the max-width to 1361 in the Tower> General > Custom Css Box

```
Please let me know if this customization has resolved your issue. The change is made in the staging site
