Hello,

I have tried again to access your ftp account but seems again impossible.

Please can you do this customization:

1. Edit the file wp-content/themes/june/js/codeless-main.js
2. Find this function below:
```
 CL_FRONT.fixCompatibilities = function(){
        if( browser.msie && browser.version <= 9 ){
            CL_FRONT.components.loadDependencies( [ codeless_global.FRONT_LIB_JS + 'jquery.requestAnimationFrame.js'], function(){

            });

            CL_FRONT.config.$html.addClass('no-cssanimations');
        }
    }
```
try to comment or delete it.

Save the file and let me know.

Hello,

On our default the image is 2500 x 1400 px but you can also upload a size of 1400 x 900.

Keep in mind to compress the images before the upload you can use : https://compressjpeg.com/

I think that the issue is fixed now. I have added this custom code into your child theme style.css file:

		overflow:scroll;

```

Sorry for the delay, now i have fixed the issue. I have changed the code in this way:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 999).'</p>';

replace with:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_content(), 99999).'</p>';

Now everything looks ok.

Hello,

I just tested anything. I have disabled the plugin to test if anyone of them caused the issue but there is no problem with the plugin.

After i that i have tried to change the theme after that i have tested again the payment. The result is the same error.

Please check out your your payment gateway. There is no problem linked with the theme or any plugin. I know that is frustrating but the only solution is to check your payment gateway and maybe contact the stripe support.

Sorry for the delay, this is the maximum i can make for the moment.

I have found your issue, you have deleted the original theme. If you run the child theme you need the original theme installed. This is the reason of you issue, please re-upload the original theme folder.

P.S The creds need to be written into your profile details for security reasons. I have deleted your previous creds in the post above that are public.

I know that is frustrating, but the issue is in the new version of the theme where you have to install and activate the new plugin Kirki that makes the theme run without problems.

If you want i can update the theme for you, please share with me your ftp credentials.

Let me know, if the problem persist i will find a way to fix that.
