The font in the Gourmet slide is Prata and the other one is Nevis.

Yes, it is possible by removing the lightbox javascript file that comes with the theme by default.
Please edit the file codeless-main.js and comment or remove the line :
/* LightBox */ codelessLightBoxInit();
So now you can use only the plugin for the lightbox
Save the file and everything will be ok.

The LayerSlider plugin is the latest that we can provide. The Plugin was removed from codecanyon so we can’t support it anymore.
The actual version can be used without any problem. You can also use Slider Revolution for the slider as the slider you have on the homepage.
Please check it now I have only set the header transparent at Tower > Header > Background Transparent

Please can you replace the old files of the fonts with the new one you can download from Github:

Which version of the theme are you using?
I have added this custom CSS code into Customizer > General > Custom CSS Code:

There is no problem with the update of the WpBakery Visual Composer you have the latest version.
The problem is with the version we have set on the theme.

You can install in manually but this has nothing to do with the problem that you have.
You have to set the header transparent in that way the slider will go under the menu.
I can’t identify then issue without accessing the WordPress Dashboard.
