Wasn’t able to get the deletion to work (although I did not delete files in all sub-folders of LayerSlider) so I simply renamed to LayerSlider-Old and the fresh installation worked.
Unfortunately, the root of my problem still exists – which is – a LayerSlider which has been assigned to a page for years is now producing the warning “The slider cannot be found, please make sure you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously”.
I have verified that the specific slider still exists, and it is being assigned to the correct page using ‘Slider Options’ under ‘General Settings’, but there must still be some small glitch in routing or path.
Thanks for the reply. Dumb question- but what should the username be for the google analytic code? Can this be any username I choose, or the specific username from my google analytics account?
I see said the blind man! Sorry, I was under the impression once the three fields were added in Portfolio Config their text boxes would automatically be there in Custom Fields, but they must be added manually. That is where I was confused.
I’ve added custom fields in ‘Portfolio Config’ but when I go to edit the custom fields in the Single Portfolio itself, they are not editable? They are just text, not boxes I can edit.
Any ideas?
For the time being I can use the code you posted to remove Project Details, but ultimately I would like to include them.
OK, so I checked again and still the same problem. Then I was thinking that I use Mozilla all the time, what about Chrome? All the pictures show on Chrome, so it appears to be a Mozilla glitch. I completely emptied the cache on Mozilla and still the same no-show of the last photo. For the time being I will build my site using Chrome. Thanks for your prompt reply.
