We have tried several phones, all iPhones running the default browser Safari, and have refreshed the cache to try and clear the problem and it still doesn’t work.
I have recorded my screen to show you what happens, the browser is reloaded at the start and then you can see the slider resizes the controls and text correctly but the image goes to the full height. It is only when you touch the screen that it snaps to the correct size and then the text underneath slides up into place.
I am having issues with the Visual Composer update as well. I have updated the theme and the plugin as recommended but when I click on a row to edit it, the dialogue appears but the settings in the dialogue are for adding a Youtube video?
Other edits I am trying to perform open the wrong dialogue or an empty dialogue or a correct dialogue with no content.
I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin several times but it doesn’t make any difference?
At the moment I am unable to edit my site, I need help to fix this.
