Hi, the Dropdown menus do not show. The sliders no longer display and the gallery does not display.
There have been no third party plugins or custom css added to the site for several months.
Hi I understand that you should not have to fix my website if I have added custom codes or 3rd party plugins that have created the problems. I am happy to extend support for these issues. But thank you for mending my site due to updating the theme.
I went into my account and searched for a place to extend the support. I found it and clicked on it. It simply opens the same page in another window, so now I cannot even extend the support period in order to fix a problem that is extremely urgent. I have tried several times and it just keeps opening the same page.
Please can you send me a link to extend my support that works.
