I checked the site in chrome mobile simulator and actual devices. The menu showed up perfectly. I can see a little delay in loading all page’s elements. Perhaps this is what causes the menu items to seem like not showing up. I suggest you try optimizing site’s performance. As for the footer, you have a fixed footer that when you are at the top of the site, it is originally under the content, but invisible doe to the content. When the site is loading, the footer is loaded and positioned before the main container content. That’s why it’s visible for a split second.
June theme is completely responsive as you can see the demos online. Can i please see a link of the site?

Do you have active the child theme? What version of theme is running? What action are you performing? A theme update or other casual actions?

One of the plugins installed is conflicting! There is an error showing in the console. Please deactivate them all. Leave active only the plugins that came with theme.

Please clear cache and refresh pages. If you still do not get this, then i suggest you open site from another browser or make sure to have any add-on deactivated.

1-We have updated bundled woocommerce files to their latest version at the time of the latest theme update. With the new Woocommerce plugin update, the file’s version number has changed but not much of it’s content. If some major change would have happened, we would release an urgent theme update. Do you have any issue with your shop apart from these notices?
From one theme update to another, some of the plugins may get updated before but this does not mean there will be any issue with your site. We are constantly checking it.

The “Full Height Row” option is not for setting images in full height, but for the row to be in full height. To achieve what you want you need to add background to the row, or column (in case the image will be in halt of the row).

Make sure to have redirected correctly all links to https first. Contact your host for more guidance on this.
