Please add an image which’s original dimensions are the same as the other images. That is 1200x1000px. As in screenshot: https://ibb.co/SNkhDhz
So the crop will be the same as the rest of them and the first image too, will be cropped to the same dimensions.

1-Add this css in Custom Css box, in order to hide the pagination and sorting bar:

.cl-woocommerce-results-title, .woocommerce .woocommerce-result-count {
    display: none;
}
