Hello,

Normally, the child theme overwrites parent theme functions/style. I suggest you check closely every function added to child theme to find the bug.

Hello,

In this case you need to access the wp-content/plugins folder and rename or delete the kirki plugin folder. You can do this by using a ftp account or cpanel. Ask your host provider for login credentials in case you do not have any.
-after this, refresh the https://unusmundusproject.com/wp-admin/ and you’ll be able to login again.
Update theme and install kirki again after theme update.

Just make sure to have pasted it correctly. Go to the very end of every custom css you have in the Custom Css box, and then add this code. You there won’t be any messing with the brackets.

1-I’d like to be able to use the default homepage as advertised
You can, just import the right demo.
2-The links to the restaurant menu do not work.
Please reset your permalinks and try again. Let me know if you still have problem with links.
3-The visual editor is displaying codes in it

I checked your home page and it’s the same as the demo. You only have some additional text to set up, but all elements are there. If you want help with it, just add some wp credentials. And i can do it for you.

I checked your profile, there are only ftp credentials available for now.

Hello,

You can update manually. Follow these steps:
1-Login to wp-content/themes folder using a ftp account;
2-Unzip the main file downloaded from Envato > Downloads; Extract only theme folder;
3-Upload the new version of specular theme; Overwriting the old files;

Go to your site and check the theme version in Appearance > Themes (screenshot);

NOTE: You can rename the old theme folder in wp-content/themes to example: specular_old, in case you want to keep a backup of it.

Well, it could be. I need to dig deeper to find this out, as it’s not the normal behavior of theme. However the css has already fixed it and it won’t be of any issue in the future.

This is strange. Did you make any changes to theme code or installed any new plugins? For the time being, you cna fix this by adding this css into your Customize > General > Custom Codes > Custom Css box:
```
.header_container.header-top nav > ul > li a:after {
    background-color: #9c814a !important;
}
```

No, the opposite. Just edit the code, to the latest version provided from us. So the result code is this:
```
figure.woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper {
    pointer-events: none;
}
```
This part:
```
@media (max-width: 480px){
}
```
is used to make the css valid for only the devices with screen size up to 480px. Not the desktop.
