Hello,
Great! Let us know if you have any question.
-If you are referring to the support status here, do not worry. This is due to an internal server issue. We will update then as soon as we can. However, you will get the support time you paid for.
Best regards!
in reply to: Slider Revolution covering Dropdown menu.Hello,

in reply to: Cannot install theme demo on shared hostingHello,
Done!
I imported this file: https://jmp.sh/yxHgPcc in Tools > Import > WordPress Importer.
Then in Codeless > Home > Header Wizard/Footer Wizard, i imported the header and footer. You can import these anytime because the size is too small and it’s not limited by your server’s settings.Yes, we can recommend beemple.com Is our sharing server where you can have services such as theme installation and setup any demo you want from our staff.
Then you would only need to edit the content.Best regards!
in reply to: Pre-Header Content Without CustomizerHello
What theme version are you running? What Codeless Builder version? Please make sure to have the latest version of them first.
Let us know if the situation persists.

in reply to: Cannot install theme demo on shared hostingHello,
Theme requirements are already pointed out in the documentation: https://codeless.co/june/documentation/#requirements
You could see it before buying theme as it is online (screenshot).
The error 500 is an internal server error. Check this useful article to help you cope with it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
I checked your site and theme is not installed at all. Import theme first. Then we can login and try the import.

in reply to: Slider Revolution covering Dropdown menu.Hello,
What php version are you running in your server? This is a php related issue. If you have php 7.0 the slider will not conflict with sub-menu.
Let us know.
Best regards!in reply to: WP backend does not update to frontend properlyHello,
I see you have translated the site in two other languages. Please make sure to translate all team members first. If a team member profile does not have an equivalent in the other language, then it will not show up in that language.
Let us know how it goes.
Best regards!in reply to: Mobile Display IssuesHello,
I edited the responsive code to this:
@media (max-width: 480px){ #header .row-fluid { display: flex !important; } .header_10 #logo { left: -50% !important; } }I checked in an actual device and it’s ok. Please clear cache and hard refresh.

—-in reply to: Creative Agency Homepage IssueHello,
Please check the slider settings and make sure that the options you had selected are still the same. Technically the update should not change anything in terms of options. But there are times when a major update can affect the settings.
If you want you can add some wp credentials in your profile data. So we can give it a closer look.
Best regards!
in reply to: Blog and Post EntryThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Menu and HeadersHello,
I already explained this in my last reply. This is happening because you are using two layout’s in one site. The One page layout (menu links to sections in the homepage) and the normal layout (where the menu links to other pages).
The option to set up menu links color is Personalizando ▸ Header ▸ Menu Style ▸ Hover & Active Item Styles ▸ Menu Item Active Font Color
The color set up here will be for all other pages/posts too.If you choose to keep the structure you have, then you need to workaround the menu styling with custom css.
Sorry but personal customization is not supported.
Best regards!
in reply to: Not able to add background image on Codeless SliderHello,
Sure i can check. I tried login in with the credentials provided but the security required a pass-code. The number is your phone number. Let me know when can you disable it so i can logon and test out the slider.
Best regards!
