I imported the default demo manually (instructions in this related ticket). You may proceed changing the demo content and images to your need. If you must have all demo images, just download them from the online demo.
Please know that we are located in Europe (UTC +1) and the official support time is Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-17:00PM. We are trying to respond to all customers following the arrival time as priority (oldest first).
Can you please be more specific? Which features are you not having set up correctly? So i can login and fix them. If you send screenshots, that’s even better.
You have selected the sticky sidebar layout. This makes the sidebar fixed and all other content (footer included), scroll past it. To remove the sticky sidebar go to Customize > Layout > Sticky Sidebar, swipe it Off.
Do not worry about this. This is due to some internal server works. We will update the support status in the near future. In the mean time, you will get all the support you need.
If you are updating from a very old version, then some change may occur to the site (depending on how much major changes have been done/ you can check the change log in theme’s profile in Themeforest).
If you have made direct changes to theme files, these changes too, will be overwritten. SO i strongly suggest (in every case, if possible) to always keep a backup of your current theme files.
Can you please activate Folie theme? There is another theme active now.

PS: You can try one more time yourself. Try importing the xml file directly instead. try importing manually using the xml file. Follow these steps:
1-Go to Tools > Import > WordPress (run import);
2-Now open your theme folder and import file content.xml from this path: \folie\includes\codeless_demos_content\the_demo_you_want_name
3-Import this file into wordpress importer.

The sidebar was present but there were no widgets added to it. I added the categories widget in Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar Blog. You can check your site now. The sidebar is there. Add/remove the widgets to your wish.
Please go to Appearance > Widgets and add the ‘Shortcode’ widget in Header Widgetized Area. Add this shortcode in it: [contact_information tel="+114 554 888" addr="20 St Street, New York" email="[email protected]"]
