Your site is not showing in the normal form. You have many cross-origin errors showing in the console. This means that your site is loading on https protocol, while there are important files being called in http protocol. Resulting in some files not being loaded at all.
In order to have all theme features displaying properly, you need to fix the cross-origin issue (screenshot).
Contact your host regarding it. Let us know.

Looks like the shortcodes have been damaged. Please use one of the builders. Either Codeless Builder or Visual Composer.
These are very different builders and can not be used in the same time.
I deactivated the Visual Composer for now.
So now, you either create new pages from scratch. or reupload one of the dummy data demos.

Also when i check the mobile version of site, the menu only shows once. If you want to remove the “Menu” word above it, go to file style.css and find these lines:

1-The socials in header were added like a menu. You have the widget socials for that. not need to add it as a menu. I added the Specular Social Widget and it’s showing ok.
2-This is the style of the demo you have selected. To change the smooth scroll you need to edit theme code. Sorry but this is a customization not included in support.
3-This is not quite possible but you can change the position by using this custom css:

I already added it into your Custom Css box in General Options.
Change the value to your wish.
@XPLCIT, since you had not added a link to your site, i assumed the domain in the email, was the site. Sorry for misunderstanding.
-When i wrote “save changes first” i wasn’t implying anything offensive, but just making sure to check all facts. I need to know as much as possible so i can debug the issue.
-Also the temp-user provided does not have enough rights. Please grand it admin rights so we can properly check on this and find the reason of why you can not save your work.

1-Did you buy a personal license for the Visual Composer plugin? We have purchased extended licenses for all included plugins. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the plugins normally. There is no need to activate them in the plugin’s options.
If you’ll use the included version of the plugin, do not try to update them yourself. We include updated versions in every theme update and have them controlled to be fully compatible with theme.
2-These are optional plugins. You can install and activate them if you want. The later uses data from the first one for it’s functions. These are not problematic or heavy plugins for your site so i would recommend to activate them.
Just download again the latest theme version zip file from Envato Themeforest > Downloads. Unzip it and you will find theme folder and other included folders (screenshot). Copy only theme folder and using the ftp (or cpanel), upload it directly into wp-content/themes folder.
This way you’ll be updating theme without affecting the site. I see the child theme is active so there shouldn’t be any issue.
After theme update is complete, go back to dashboard. The included plugins that have an update available, will have a notification in the dashboard. Follow the instructions.
