The images are being cropped according their original size aspect ratio. That’s because you have not set up fixed sizes for these images. You can add the 350×350, 500×500, 450×450 in Codeless > Image Sizes > Blog. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/l5yc9v55j/

Then upload new images or run a plugin to regenerate thumbnails.

Can’t tell for sure. Maybe the zip file you tried to import was corrupted. Or you imported the wrong file. Many download theme from Envato, the full package that contains documentation, License, extra_plugins, theme and child theme..etc and upload this zip file in Appearances > Themes. This is not correct and leads to issues.
Only the theme zip file should be imported.

However, you just contact us any time you need help.

The Codeless slider is created at the moment in the page options, when you add the element the first time. So you add a Codeless Slider element(which by default has only 2 slides pre-created) and then proceed in customizing the default slides and add more to your wish.

Can you please send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply? So we can investigate why is this happening.
Theme does not have any issue. It is been tested with multi-site as well.

@XPLCIT did you import any dummy data after installing theme? To have the dummy content and later edit it out, you need to import a demo first.
Theme is divided in three autonomous setup sections. The main content -> Setup wizard (screenshot), Header setup wizard (screenshot) and Footer setup wizard (screenshot).
So if later on, you decide to change the header or footer, you can import one of the available styles in a minute! Without needing to import an entire demo from scratch.

If you want, we can set it up for you. Just add some valid wp credentials in your profile data. Read this article for more information.

1-To edit the link in header you just need to click on the “text” element. The options will unfold in the left sidebar. Change there the titles and links.

a-I just removed the html tag from the title field. And wrote there “Track Order”. The link is ok now.
b-In the same way, here you only need to add the link to the login page.
