This edit has already been included in the latest releases of theme. What version are you running? Do you still have problem with it? Can you post a link of a page you have this?

Sorry but this is not possible. The file responsible for page header takes the page’s titles and displays it. This is one file for all pages. To change the page title for every page, requires coding not included in this forum.
A workaround (if you are interested), is to use the second title. This title can be set to your wish for each page. First, set page header style to centered. Set ON the options to have a page subtitle. Add the second title. Last hide the page title using custom css.

From what i see from the screen recording, is not the menu item that is not working, but rather it’s set lower than needed for you to take the mouse on it.
Please add this code into your Customize > Additional Css menu:

Please make sure to have enough memory allocated for the wordpress in your server. Sometime this happens due to memory insufficiency. What PHP version are you running in the server? It’s best the have PHP 7+.

Theme update will replace all theme files. So if you have made any direct changes into theme files, these will be overwritten. A theme backup is advised if you did made changes. Else, there is no issue making the update.
All your options panel set up’s and customizations are saved in the database. So they will not be affected. Neither will the custom css code entered in the “Additional Css” menu box, as that as well is stored in the database.
Yes, the check box should be unchecked.
Do you have any third party plugin installed? What version of theme are you running?
Please deactivate them and try again. Can you send us a screen recording of the options and the live page? you can use the Screencastify -Screen video recorder add-on in chrome browser.
What theme version do you have? What version of Codeless Builder are you running? Please make sure to have the latest version installed. The last theme release was in 21 December 2017.
