post_max_size: 32M

Is this a fresh install? Or did you have any other plugins installed? Can you please disable them all?

The page has a padding-top of 60px that is causing the distance. You can set it up in General Options > Layout > Inner Page Content Padding. I already decreased the padding top to 25px from 85px (removed the 60px difference).

As you can see there are no errors whatsoever for most of the time refreshing. And the site looks great. At the last refresh i see these “net::ERR_ABORTED” errors.The error code net::ERR_ABORTED is intended to only be generated when a user action causes a load to be interrupted. This can happen when a new navigation interrupts an existing one, or when the user clicks the STOP button.
If you wait 1 sec and then refresh site again, no errors are show anymore.
That an internet connection related issue, either caused by a slow connection or frequent refreshing.PS: We will update the support banner asap.

The message is clear and means just that: “Destination folder already exists.” What you need to do now, is either delete the current installed version (and it’s files), OR if you want to keep these files, then just go to wp-content/plugins folder using a ftp account or cpanel. Find this folder: “js_composer” and rename it.
Go back to wordpress dashboard and continue installing the included version of the plugin.But first you need to update theme! The latest version is 2.5.1. all the included plugins are also updated and tested to work perfectly with theme.
Please update theme first. Then we can guide you into updating included plugins correctly.Best regards!

Go to your wp-content/plugins folder in the server by using a ftp or cpanel account. Find and rename the current Layerslider plugin folder. This will automatically deactivate the plugin. The files although are still there in case you want to use this version again later.
Next step, go to wordpress dashboard. You will see the message prompting you to install included plugins (like you did the first time you installed theme). The Layerslider will be among them. Follow the instructions and install slider once again. This version will be the one included in theme.

Please keep the Layerslider version included in theme. Which is vs 6.5.5. Theme is fully compatible with it, but we have not yet tested it with the latest version (6.6.1). The included version of the slider has no issues and is compatible with theme.
We will check and test the newest plugin update and make the necessary changes for it to work flawlessly with theme, in future updates.

1-Page header: To remove the transparency from page header (where the page’s title is) in page’s General Settings > Page Header Options > Page header background, i set a white color as background (screenshot).
2-Header/Menu: To remove the transparency here, i added this code into your custom css box:
.header_wrapper.transparent.header_12 { background-color: white !important; } .header_12 .full_nav_menu { background-color: white !important; }Please check your site.

I see you have a very old theme version. So must be the visual Composer version. Please update theme first, then update all it’s included plugins.
