You can do what you want with them! Even if you do not set them as private or drafts. The only pages that the visitors will be able to see are the one’s set in the menu. If you feel like you may make use of these pages in the future, then keep them. If not, delete them.

In page’s adcon.de/asp, i added background color to each column in the column’s settings. And i added padding for the two first columns to match the height of the last column. I added 10px padding-top for each so that the icons had a bit of space at the top. Please check your page. You can edit out the values to your wish anytime.

I don’t see any custom css class set in the row’s settings of the last row. I added the css class you mention and added the css code to hide it in the page’s custom css box.

Yes, you can move that where you want it but this can not be done with solely css. Keep in mind that this is not a default style of theme so the changes you will make will be overwritten in future updates. So we suggest you save a copy of the edited file to replace it again in the future.

Where do you have this? Home page or a simple page? Do you have any slider under the menu? Or any page header image?
If not, please go to the page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style and check “Header Color Style for Header 1” options. It has to be selected the dark version.
If you have a slider set up (Codeless Slider), then you need to check that each slide of the slider has the dark header version selected as well. To do that, go to Codeless Slider Options > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color.

I already made an example for you with a video that does has the controls. The video is one of the vimeo default videos, that you can find in the home page.
Yes, the media element is that straightforward, just add the id of the video and that’s it. It will display that video with all the settings set for it in the main server where it is uploaded (aka Vimeo).
The media element uses API to load the videos and that goes the same for every video.
I checked with Vimeo and there are differences in user rights. If you are a Pro user, you can edit out these settings when you upload the video first place. If not, it will take the default settings set from the Vimeo team.
Please check it further with the Vimeo support.
Please try to remove slider in home page > Save changes > Create a new slider. I tried the same layout in a test page, but created a new slider. And here are no warnings showing. Please check yourself this page: https://salesconsulting.com.mx/web/test/

Please make sure you are installing the right file. The “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” is a typical error for when the wrong file name is being used fro install. Can you post a screenshot of the wordpress page while this message is on? So we can understand better what is wrong.
