You have an old theme version. Please update theme first, then proceed in updating all it’s included plugins.

Fist make sure to have the latest theme version and that of the Codeless Builder. If not, update theme first. Then proceed with updating every included plugin from it.

in reply to: Revolution slider & slider is missingPS: There are no sliders in Revolution slider, imported or created. That is why you get the “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias about not found.” error. All you need to do is add a slider in Revolution Slider Options and then assign it at the page’s options.

3.Are you getting these notification on the login attempt from the wordpress login or our support forum? If it’s the wordpress login panel, please contact your host provider. You may have a security issue.

To open the options of every element, you need to click on the element. To change the row layout from fullwidth to boxed, please go to Row settings > General > Type, and select the “Into container” option.

Yes, Visual Composer is included in the package. Please go to your main zip file that you downloaded first from Envato. Unzip it and inside there should be these folders:
documentation
extra_plugins
handel
handel-child
Licensing
The visual composer zip file is inside the “extra_plugins” folder. The included sliders (Revolution and Layerslider) are there as well.
To install the plugin, go to Plugins > Add New, and upload the zip file. After installation is successful, activate from Plugins menu as well.-The shortcodes you see need Codeless Builder plugin to be installed and activated. Then two buttons will be added to the page that allow you to go to the option panel and customize the elements using the drag-and-drop method.

Please make sure to have always the latest version of theme and it’s included plugins, installed. Do you have any third party plugins installed? Please disable them all and try again.
If the saving issue persists, send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply. So we can investigate this further.-The “Request a Quote” is just a button element. Add it wherever you need it, using the “button” element. Add it from the element’s list.
-To add a table with prices, you need to create the table first. Go to the TablePress plugin options. Create a table within your needs and then add it in the page using the element’s list.

You can do that. But only if you remove the responsive mode from the site. So it won’t change to mobile menu style when the screen is small. If you keep the responsiveness of the site and want to just change the menu from mobile to normal in responsive mode, then there is a lot of styling you need to add for the menu to show properly like in the desktop version.
This is a customization not included in support so i suggest you do it yourself or hire a developer to help you.Best regards!
