Hello,

Yes, you can import one of the theme’s demos as a start. And then proceed in customizing it’s content.
To import a demo, go to Specular > Import/Export (Dummy Data). Click on one of the demos listed. On the one you want to import. And then just follow the steps given on screen. You can check out the “Install Theme and Dummy Data” video tutorial, in our tutorials page, for a visible guidance: https://support.codeless.co/?page_id=45

Note: Please keep in mind that the import will overwrite all of your previous settings!

Hello,

You had custom css that was overwriting the one of the option. I commended it out and now the value set up in General Options > Logo Size is taking place. Please see these screenshots:

Hello,

Please go to your wp-content/plugins folder in the server and rename or delete Revolution slider folder. You can use a ftp account to access it. Try to login into your wordpress dashboard then.
Or fill in the wp login information and ftp on the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can check this out.

Hello,

Please try again and clear cache before refreshing. Sometimes it takes a bit showing changes for some servers. We have double checked and there is no problem changing the icons in the top header area.
If you still can not manage, send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a look.

Hello,

Layerslider is an independent slider that comes bundled in theme’s package. But it’s not controlled or edited out in no way from theme scripts. So updating your theme, does not affect it’s work.
Please make sure to update the slider too. The latest version of it it’s inside the theme’s main folder (that you downloaded from Envato). To update plugins from theme, use these steps: https://support.codeless.co/?ht_kb=visual-composer-update

If you need help from us, please send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply. We can get a closer look to whatever is not working the way you want.

Hello,

The light logo version is just an other option for you to use in case you have a dark header background for some pages and want to use another (more visible) logo for them.

The type of header version can be selected for every page in the page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style. If you chose the dark header, then the light logo version will be shown. If light header is chosen, the dark logo version will show up.
However, this is totally your choice. You can use just one type of header and the same logo throw out the site.

-The border layout work. It’s the combination side menu + sticky header + bordered layout that clashes.

Hello,

Please go to your parent theme first, and then update/install plugins. The file path that is being called is in the parent theme. So if you try installing included plugins from the child theme, it will generate the wrong path error.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply.
We have tested by there are bugs needed to be fixed in order for this plugin to be fully working with theme. We do not yet offer support for this plugin, so i can’t help you much with it because support does not cover third party plugin’s assistance.

I suggest you use the .PO/.MO files that are already included in theme package, in folder lang. Or use another plugin like WPML which is already tested and fully compatible with theme.

Please update theme to it’s latest version 2.2. Then update all it’s included plugins so their latest version will be installed too.
