Hello,

First of all, don’t panic. Everything can be fixed.
Time after time, some elements of visual composer get manipulated and others removed from the list of elements. If you have an old version of theme and visual composer, chances are that a lot has changed ever since your last update.

The Call-to-Action element and some buttons in pages like “Empresa” or “Area tecnica” have been removed from theme.
In order to get them back and for the pages to display the content they have, i replaced the new includes/core/codeless-elements.php file, of the latest Specular vs 2.4, with the version of your old theme.
Now all content is displayed.
Please check your site.

Hello,

I uploaded a copy of the recent theme update into your wp-content/themes/ folder in the server. I renamed the new version as “specular2.4“(currently active) and kept the original theme files under “specular” name(like it was).

I checked the plugins to update (the included one’s) but Visual Composer is already at it’s latest version and so is the Revolution slider. I updated Layerslider from vs 5.2 to 5.6.9.
Please check your site.
Let us know if you want to do anything else.

PS: In case you create new pages and see that there is a comment section in it, right before the footer, please refer to this ticket to remove it.

I removed the code from General Options > Custom css box, to the page’s custom css box (gear icon at the top-right corner). Now it will affect only this page.

Hello,

The links do get the primary color set up, but that is for when you are hovering them. Not in normal state.
To change the color in normal (not clicked or on mouse over) state, please add this code into your custom css box:
a {color: #222222 !important;}
Change the color to your wish.

Hello,

This is a new feature added by wordpress itself. To remove it go to the page’s options. In screen options at the top-right corner, check the ‘comments’ and ‘discussion’ checkbox.
Then down the page, at the comment option, uncheck the comments.

Hello,

The message you are getting simply states that the version number of the overwritten woocommerce files is different from the last woocommerce update. This does not mean it’s not compatible with theme.
You can use the latest woocommerce without any issue. We will update all files in the next theme release.

Edited: NO theme purchased in Themeforest can be installed in WordPress.com

–Regarding support: You asked a question and we replied. I am sorry it’s not the answer you wanted to read, but these are the rules of theme marketplace. We are not the only ones responsible for them.
Summery:
You wanted a refund due to a mistake purchase because of not enough information on the limitations of your host. By Envato refund rules, this is not a reason to get a refund as it is not a theme’s fault.

Hello,

I removed the page transition in General Options (set it off) and now you can select the options and still have the links functioning.
Please check your product page.
Sorry but you can not have both the transition and the woocommerce add-on since there clearly is a conflict.

yes, the private reply is safe enough. Only you and support admin can see the content of a private reply. Or add the credentials in your profile data. The same policy goes for it too. Only you and admins can see them.

The “fade out” class is what fades the content away. If i remove it, the content is back. That’s what the custom code does, it removes this class’s animation effect.

Please know that normally we do not offer support on third party plugins. However, if you send us some valid wop credentials in a private reply, we can give this a closer look.
