You had not set ON the responsive menu. I enabled it in General Options > Header Options > Show Responsive Menu Dropdown.
To make the content stick to the footer, i set to 0 the content bottom padding, which was 85px. You can see the change in General Options > Layout > Inner Page Content Padding.
The Media Library is a WordPress feature. It’s not controlled from theme. I suggest you update wordpress files and optimize database. You may have some corrupted files causing this.

You have a very old theme version. Please update theme to it’s latest version first. It has the latest Visual Composer included as well.
(This means it’s fully compatible with VC 5.0)
Importing the content implies importing pages and posts as well as the menu/header/overall site style. Do you want to import only the style and keep the pages or do you want to keep the current pages and add the demo data of default demo?
Sorry but it’s not possible to keep both contents. If you import demo date, it will overwrite your current content.
To import only partial, go to Specular > Import/Export (Dummy data) and select from the drop down list (screenshot), what you want to import.
PS: You can reset the style to default by clicking on “Reset Section” or “Reset All” (screenshot).

The plugin’s pre-build templates are available only for registered users.
Visual Composer, as all included plugins, have extended licenses. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. But some of the plugins default features are not available and you can not update it on your own terms with this type of licence.
The rules of the marketplace doesn’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem.
We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.
You are searching in the wrong place. Visual Composer is already present in every page you create, just add elements from the list and drag-and-drop them to change the layout.
