Please clear cache in your Safari browser. We have checked it, it’s ok.
As for the Services page, i see you have set the background of page header to transparent. I set the overlay to it and it is displaying ok as well.

I was able to change the settings of header (screenshot) and reverse it back without any issue. The changes were applied as they should.
Did you manage to fix your issue? If you are still having this, then i suggest you to disable any add-on installed in your browser. Clear cache and try again.

I see the import was successful as all pages / posts / portfolio items have been imported.
The attachments consist only of images used in the online demo. They are for demonstration only and usually customers upload their own images. However, if you must have the same’s, then they can always be downloaded from the demo directly.After importing demo data, you needed to configure site. I did it for you. I set up:
-main menu and Copyright area menu
-widgets of header and top navigation area
-imported dummy Revolution sliders and set up the slider of home pagePlease check your site.

I added another copy of theme files into your wp-content/themes directory and this one was able to install without any issue. Perhaps your copy had files missing. I can’t tell for sure. However Tower theme is now successfully installed into your host. Please continue with further customization.

1-Page Header:
I opened your site in Firefox (screenshot) / Chrome (screenshot) but the page header is displaying the same in both. What versions of these browsers do you have? Do you have any add-ons installed?
As for the Safari, i added this code into your custom css box:@media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:0) { /* Safari only override */ ::i-block-chrome,.header_page.centered { opacity: 0.25 !important; } }2-Mobile titles:

The mega menu is a wordpress feature. To make a menu item act like a mega menu column, you go to Appearance > Menus and check the check box at the menu items options.
According to your latest reply:
That box was not checked on any of the menu pages. I deactivated the theme and the plugin works. So that’s why I’m assuming it’s a mega menu issue.\You say that the mega menu is not active, so it can not be the cause of the conflict. If it was, just by having a normal menu, the plugin would work.
I suggest you to find an alternative plugin that does the job and it’s compatible with this theme.Best regards!

The slider does not have any issue with slider height. Add the % sign if you want to assign the value in percentage or leave just the number, if you want a height in px.
Did you remove the changes you made to theme files? (Please see our latest reply).
If the issue persists, just download a fresh copy of theme files and overwrite the changed files with it.

What third party plugins do you have installed? Please deactivate them all first. Then try to enable one at a time to find the culprit. The theme and latest VC version have no issues. It must be something else in your site causing it.

We are sorry that you jumped to this conclusion without even giving theme a chance.
Indeed (since is summer) we had members taking their legit vacations. But we are making our best to reply asap to all queries.Did you perhaps had any issue with theme functionality? What problems did you face while working with it? Let us know so we can help you solve everything and create a beautiful site like the online demos.
If you still want a refund, then please contact Envato support.
PS: The vacations included only the second and last week of July. Not entire month. And as for today, we have full staff available.
