The plugins mentioned are not pre-installed (or included) in theme. You have to install them yourself and of course configure them.
Seo optimized, that means that a theme can be SEO friendly by the simplicity of the theme. Other considerations include the time it takes for pages to load, responsiveness, modern and friendly code, breadcrumbs as well as the layout and structure.
This is due to insufficient rights to make changes to server or the size of the zip file is too large to upload. Please make sure you are importing only theme files, not the entire downloadable folder. Which contains folders like documentation, License, Slider_dummy_data..etc.

Portfolio items are ordered by default according to their creation time. Theme does not have any default settings to reorder portfolio entries. You need to install a custom plugin for that.
We can suggest “Post Types Order” plugin.
The attachments are only the images used in the demo. Since the images are quite large, the size of dummy data to be imported increases significantly and your servers configuration may not support it.
You do not necessarily need to import them. They are used for demonstration purpose only. You have to add you own images to the site. However if you must have the same, then download them from the online demo and import to Media Library.
