Tower theme is SEO optimized and one of the most seo friendly themes. It is build to get noticed by search engines already from the time you finish settings up the site. This due to the use of meta data, key words, use of h1 headings, optimized images, google analytic code etc. You just need to fill it up with a well structured content and add many tags.
Concentrate on publishing unique, relevant and quality content.
Tower works quite well out of the box but adding a plugin like all in one seo for a few optimized titles and meta tags is also a good idea.

This happened because the current slide, had another header selected in it’s options. If you want to use the Codeless slider again, just go to the Codeless Slide Options > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color and select the dark version of header(screenshot).
This is strange. Did you perhaps made any changes to theme files? Or installed any third party plugin and uninstalled it again? Some of them, even though being not present anymore in the site, can affect theme code during the time being active.
I don’t see any clear error either..
Please try to deactivate all third party plugins you have installed. Then update theme files with a fresh downloaded copy. (Make sure to save a backup of the files if you have made any direct changes to them).
If you can, send us your ftp too, so we can check out the files.

Did you install/uninstall any third party plugin lately? Or did you made any changes to theme files? Please deactivate all third party plugins, upload a fresh copy of theme files (make sure to have saved a backup of them in case you have made direct changes). Then try again. Let us know if the issue persists.
Did you perhaps made any changes of domain lately? Like moving the site to a new domain and changing the links?
Please go to your root folder and delete .htaccess file. Then reset permalinks once again.

Please go to General Options > Header Options > Make Transparency Header, set it OFF. Then scroll down to ‘Background’ option and set up the color you had previously, with the same gradient of transparency.

You can hard-coded it. Go to file searchform.php, find the line: <input type="text" size="16" placeholder="<?php esc_attr_e('Search', 'codeless') ?>…" name="s" id="s">
edit the word here, or translate it using the .po file with PoEditor.
The “You are here:” is hard-coded so please go to file \includes\view\page_header.php and find this line:
