It is not possible to achieve this with ‘Full Blog’ element. Use ‘Latest from Blog’ element instead.

Hello,

You need to update the Visual Composer.
Visual Composer 4.6.1 is included in theme.

How to update the plugin:
1. Disable and delete the installed Visual Composer.
2. Go to dashboard -> Required plugins notification
3. Click “Install the requested plugins” and select Visual Composer.

Make sure you have the latest theme and VC versions. We have fixed the issues and Specular is compatible and works perfectly with the latest VC version.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please go to file vc_templates\staff.php and add these lines:
```
global $cl_redata;     
        extract(shortcode_atts(array(
            'staff' => '',
            'style' => 'style_1'

        ), $atts));
```
right after the php opening tag and before $output = '';
It should become like this:
```
<?php   
        global $cl_redata;     
        extract(shortcode_atts(array(
            'staff' => '',
            'style' => 'style_1'

        ), $atts));

        $output = '';
```
The links for email and other social media is shown when you choose the first style.

Please make sure you have enough memory and execution time limit. If you are importing the attachments too, it usually takes even more time to import. Contact your host about them.

Sorry for the late reply.
Regarding the issues you send in this topic, please read below:
1- Main menu and header transparency setup.
You have setup the transparent header, but did not assign any background video of picture to it. You have the video background set to the first row, which relies below the header. So the transparent effect is not really visible. Please setup a page header picture or video background to have the wanted effect.
To make menu transparent, add these lines into your custom css box:
```
header_1 header#header { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.38);}
.header_wrapper { border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(237, 237, 237, 0);}
```
2- Main navigation menu weird placement.
Please add this code into your custom css box:
```
header#header .row-fluid .span12, .header_wrapper {
 top: 48px;
}
```
3-Background video in Codeless Slider does not play.
The video you upload is too big. It should be the most 2MB.
You have some javascript errors in your site too. Please disable all third party plugins and try again. They may be affecting theme scripts.
Also make sure you have the latest theme version and Visual Composer.

nav .menu > li > ul.sub-menu, nav .menu > li > ul.sub-menu ul { top: 52% !important; }
for the sub-menu.

Sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean the sticky menu? To activate it, please go to Specular > Header Options > Sticky Nav and set it ON.
Did you made any changes to theme files? You have an old version of the theme. Please update theme to it’s latest version and let us know if the extra side navigation is still not opening in home page.
