Please update theme first, then update all it’s included plugins. Make sure to add elements using the builder and not manually adding shortcodes. Also use only one builder at a time. (In one page should be present only shortcodes of either Codeless Builder, or Visual Composer, not both).
Please go to wp-content/plugins folder (use a ftp account) and rename Kirki plugin folder. This will deactivate current plugin and enable site again. Then in wordpress dashboard, install Kirki plugin from the message in dashboard. Update it first, if there is a message requiring it’s update.

Yes, i was checking the english version. This happens because the portfolio css file is getting loaded slightly later than main css file. Do you have any caching plugin installed? Try installing one so the site loads faster and this won’t happen.
You can’t. I already said that. You can only add the available elements. Customize text to have the font size and style of a heading. That’s all you can do. Headings are not available for header.
The scroll story demo is created using Codeless Slider. You can add all your stories as slides and add them the the slider.
Please know that Codeless Slider is build directly in the page it will be used. Unlike other sliders that are created as independence sliders and then added to a page/post.

These are all temporary actions. Some plugin may be conflicting with theme code, or even with another plugin’s code. We do this to narrow down the possible reasons for the problem.
Deactivate all third plugins, check if the issue is gone. If it is, this means one of the plugins is the culprit. To identify it, start activating them one a t a time. Check site every time. Until the issue reappears and you will know which one caused it.
Clear cache of you browser after each activation. To clear cache of chrome, press F12 from your keyboard. This will open Inspect Element. Now go to the refresh icon at the url bar. Right click and select “Empty cache and hard reload” option. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/ZHqMdch
This is done only in your computer, to reload a new version of your site from the server. So you get the latest version with these changes in it. Browsers save copies of your site in order for the site to load faster. If you do not clear cache, you may not see the real changes made to your site for quite a long time.
No one else opening your site, needs to do this!

It’s a bit difficult for us to troubleshoot it since it’s in a localhost. First make sure to have all plugins installed and at their latest version (the latest version included in theme).
If you can host it online, let us know so we can check it up close.
This happens because the click action in desktop triggers to open the link, while the tap action in the mobile triggers to open the submenu.
Please add the parent menu link as a sub-menu and leave the parent as an unlinked menu item(screenshot). We will include a fix for this scenario in the next theme update.
