Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again. i suspect one of them is messing with theme code.
Note: Please know the way to customize site general options and add element to a page has changed in later versions. From Appearance > Customize you can only edit main theme options & settings. For pages individually, you have to access the builder from page profile like in the screenshots.

The developers just separated theme’s main options from page’s options.
Please check your site. It’s the Photography light set up.
It’s not advised to keep on changing demos as the settings will mess up. Please check your site. You can continue customizing theme now.
This requires more custom css and probably it’s best to be changed in product core files. Sorry but this is a customization not included in support. If you have to do many changes,i recommend you hire a developer to help.
I tried to reproduce the situation on my installation but it doe not happen. Please deactivate third party plugins first. Can you send us the server log file? So we can check for additional notices.
1-The Make Transparency Header option in Header Options was ON. This makes the header transparent and thus ignoring the background color.

3-I edited function clientsCarousel() in js/main.js to auto: true,. Let me know if this is this what you wanted.
4-I don’t see any gray box. Did you remove it? Can you send a screenshot?

This is because the header width in ipad, exceeds the screen width. To avoid this, just reduce the padding/margin between menu items. I added this css in General Options > Custom Css box for it:

The menu in mobile was not showing because it was not set on. I set it on in General Options > Header Options > Show Responsive Menu Dropdown.
What version of theme are you running? Please make sure to have the latest version. Install required plugins first then import dummy data. Also check to have the minimum server requirements to import dummy data. https://codeless.co/folie/documentation/main.html#requirements
